Military Service Shaped Who We Are
Founder James Gilley served two tours of duty with the U.S. Army before returning home to build something that would last. He brought every lesson learned in service — precision, loyalty, leadership, and relentless work ethic — directly into Gilley Roofing.
Today, more than 25% of our workforce is made up of fellow veterans. We actively recruit from military transition programs because we know that veterans make the best roofers: they’re disciplined, team-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to doing the job right.
