Final Inspection Checklist

Every completed project undergoes a 47-point quality inspection before we close out. The homeowner walks the property with us, and we don't leave until they're 100% satisfied.

Environmental Responsibility

Tear-off materials are sorted on-site. Shingles, metal, and wood are directed to certified recyclers. We track our diversion rate project-by-project and report it annually.

Why do you only use GAF and Owens Corning products?

These manufacturers offer the strongest material warranties in the industry and consistently outperform competitors in independent durability testing. As a GAF Master Elite® contractor, we’re authorized to offer their Golden Pledge Lifetime Warranty — one of the only warranties that covers both materials AND labor for life.

Every estimate is calculated based on actual material costs, labor time, and permit requirements — not inflated “market rates.” We provide itemized quotes so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. We also offer free second opinions if you’ve received a quote elsewhere that seems high.

Safety is never a cost-cutting conversation for us. Every crew starts the day with a safety briefing. Full fall protection systems are deployed on every project over 4/12 pitch. We carry $2M in general liability and maintain workers’ compensation on every employee — protecting both our team and our customers.

We stand behind our work unconditionally. If there’s a workmanship issue within our warranty period, we return at no charge — typically within 48 hours of your call. We don’t have customers chase us down for callbacks. Our reputation is built on exactly these moments.
We sort all tear-off material on-site: shingles go to certified asphalt recyclers, metal scraps are collected for scrap recycling, and wood decking is evaluated for reuse. We also offer cool roofing products that can reduce attic heat gain by up to 50%, lowering energy bills and your carbon footprint.
